Friendly! Fast! Efficient! Clean! Perfect. I got a call from BMW of Stevens Creek, who told me my BMW i3's onboar diagnostics contacted them and told them "it" needed some fluids changed! I made an appointment, which was easy and fast, checked in, got friendly and fast service, and they got the car all done by 3pm the same day. Perfect in every way.

Great service, prompt and professional. Stevens Creek BMW has been a great service provider for the past several years. I bought an X3 for my wife and an X5 for myself in the last couple of years. They have always been prompt, professional, and friendly. I booked my service appointment early in order to get a loaner car. Sure enough, the loaners were always in place when I need them. They extend the loaners to an extra day to accommodate the longer service period. This is a great car company.
