"attention to detail matters" Leaving my car in for service at BMW of the Main Line was painless & their attention to detail VERY much appreciated. Not only was the service done as requested in a professional and timely manner, but the communication with the service personnel (Bill) was helpful, courteous & prompt. The car was also cleaned thoroughly, a pleasant end to their attention to detail.

The only complaint I have is that I was unaware the car had no transferable maintenance coverage or that the additional year of coverage on factory warranty was contingent upon whether mileage reached 50K within the last 5 months remaining on factory warranty until after I purchased.
