"Safety check for my 2002 BMW 325XI at 140,000 miles" This car has been epic--nothing ever goes wrong with it, but things do wear out. I asked for a safety check, and they discovered three potential or current problems, and were great about explaining my options (ie, not everything needed to be done right away). The service itself was done in a timely fashion, and even though we did end up doing a lot of work the car was finished by the promised time. "Key Fob " Although my situation was atypical i felt the service specialist were patient , helpful, and sympathetic to my needs. I really appreciated them for Coordinating the concern as subject matter experts to the people who were actually responsible for the issue
"Tire change " Needed tire change (flat) morning of vacation. Great service and changed two front tires for our trip. The vehicle runs great and was cleaned for the ride.
"Car Service" The service is great. Staff are friendly and respectful. The location is nice and wait isn’t too bad. I have a pleasant time waiting for my service to be done.
