I recently bought my BMW 535 xi for a routine oil change. Trevor came out and greeted me immediately as I got out of the car. He was very nice and answered all my questions. Easy to make an appointment with. Ordered the parts for my recall and had it taken care of quickly. And gave my car an excellent was.
The service dept is exceptional. Service manager Shawn goes out of his way to help you. Could not say the same for the sales dept which lacks truthfulness and tends to push leasing vehicle rather than purchase.
I would recommend this dealer if you don't like the high pressure tactics often used at car dealerships. Joe was very easy to dealt with and very helpful.
As usual my experience was a perfect 10.I have been coming to Athens BMW for years and my service and interaction has always been way up there.
Everyone at the dealership was very nice and friendly. Rick and Joey awesome to work with. Rick was very informative and helpful the best test drive ever. He made my first experience at a dealership a very good and memorable one.
The process was very easy. I was able to have the deal all set via email before stepping into the dealership. All that was left to do was fill out some paperwork, test drive the vehicle, and go!
