Have always had great service from Athens BMW. This is the second BMW that Rick Bythewood has sold me. Joey Floyd did an excellent job with all the financial paper work, and Cody Myers helped me get my new X3 set up. Also, Matthew Harper is always very helpful in the Service Department. Curt Cook has built a great team at Athens BMW.
Very informative seamless transaction. All questions and concerns were addressed . Outstanding customer service and financial arrangements. I was able to trade in existing vehicle and drive off the lot with a new one the same day.
Athens BMW staff was as good as any I have ever dealt with. I told them my plans and what I expected and they delivered, I extremely thrilled with my 328i. Wife loves it therefore all is good, Terry and Cody was a great team of sales and knowledge. Plus you get a free t-shirt.

Rick was helpful, upfront and honest, and I don't think one can expect more from anyone. Working with Rick was not like working with a car salesman. He was concerned about what we were looking for and finding the car that met out needs and the working with us to get a deal that we were more than satisfied with, as I hope was Athens BMW.
The entire deal was handled via email and worked very well. Terry was most responsive in answering all questions. The dealership was efficient in completing the purchase.
After asking several friends about local dealerships everyone suggested checking out Athens BMW. On a Saturday afternoon and walking around the lot my dad and I were greeted by Terry. Now Terry is not your usual sales person. He gets to know who you are and as well as your family. He never pressured me and was really truthful about everything. Terry and the finance department really worked magic and stayed well past closing time to get me my dream car. I am eternally grateful for Terry and Athens BMW staff.
