Best service advisor in the region Jeff the service advisor is the absolute best.. as is his team of mechanics. He's very knowledgeable about BMWs, specifically specialty ones.
2022 BMW X3, Devon dealership Good service, good inventory. Im happy that this brand/dealer has good inventory and is not charging above MSRP as other brands or dealers... Charging above MSRP is non-sense...
People are great My advisor was awesome- great communication on repairs and time frame, honest and forthright about a ridiculously expensive item repair quote and gave me options outside a dealer fix I was never going to do. THAT is dealer service I never expected or have experienced. The car was done promptly with lots of leeway for pickup. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and professional. Good loaner policy and car. Appreciate the general car inspection done.

Fantastic Buying Experience Anthony Phiri was extremely professional, well prepared for our appointment and did not waste time in putting together a mutually acceptable deal.
