Thank you BMW of Devon, PA I bought my car from Otto's but it was too far to go there for service. Jeff Martin has taken care of servicing it ever since. I get very prompt appointments and I greatly appreciate the fact that Horace comes to pick up my car and returns it to me when the work is done. This is an enormous help to me now that I am old (95) and don't have as much "get up and go" any more. Thank you for the coupon I received in January, 2020.

Smooth experience Prompt service. Jackie was very friendly. Facility for waiting was comfortable. I liked the online scheduling and that I could get an appointment so quickly.

Good customer service, nice people Computer was down so i had to wait a long time. Other than that no complaints. They offered coffee, water, snacks. Bathroom was clean and employees were very attentive and nice.

Excellent BMW Dealership The process in purchasing the car was excellent. Greg DiRocco, our client advisor, was knowledgeable about the car and he pleasant to work with. The financial officer was kind and not pushy. I would definitely recommend this BMW dealership.
