BMW Devon Prompt service, including scheduled car maintenance and informing the owner about the completion of service. Also, there was very little waiting time from the moment I arrived in the facility and left. Knowledgeable and courteous personnel.

First Rates Staff My experience was first rate. The purchase process was very clear, concise, and efficient. The vehicle I purchased was a current loaner vehicle and I appreciated the cleanliness of it upon delivery. I also thought the document signing process was very modern and efficient.

Quick Turnaround Quick turnaround, 50 point inspection was not done which comes as a standard with service. People skills could have been better.

Great people, great facilities, great cars. I would say what made the experience so positive was Kerry’s professionalism and friendliness. He was easy to get in contact with to schedule the two test drives and made the entire process seamless. He also made sure the car was in perfect condition before picking it up.
