Service - on site waiting elected. Desk section to work at while waiting and ample (and drinkable) free coffee. Pleasant staff in BMW of Devon service dept. Was prepared for a long wait of several hours so was comfortable on site.

fast service people were very professional and courteous. The BMW store I leased the car from was not as easy to deal with on service appointments and the car didn't come back as clean as the Devon store.
