great service,excellent waiting area my service writer made sure that I only need 2 tires ,not 4,and the other repairs were completed time loaner had 18 miles on it

My New Go To BMW Service Shop Jeff my Service Advisor was great. He answered my questions on the phone and got me right in for service. The whole process was explained clearly and was very efficient. Jeff was aware of my need of my needs for local transportation back to my office, so he found me a loaner car for the afternoon. I will not hesitate to call Jeff again and will repeat my experience when talking with my friends.

Service appointment Checking in process is expedited and handled by just a couple of people. I have been to dealers where you speak to 6 different people to say why you are there....and it can take up to 40 to check in!!
