Fast and easy I was ready to buy a precert car- and there was one there on the lot that fit my expectations immediately - so it all worked out quite quickly. If I had to look for longer- it maybe hard to answer this question the same way.

Great BMW service at Devon, PA I have brought my BMW to Devon for service for many years. I have worked with Jeff Martin and he always explains what needs to be services. I feel like the service is done well, at a reasonable value and I have confidence in Jeff's suggestions. My daughter has a 320 and lives in Jersey City. She comes to Devon for her car care due to the high quality service with a friendly approach provided by this dealership.
Top notch first service appointment The communication and safety protocols were top notch. I was blown away by the video taken underneath my car explaining what the technician was seeing. I have never experienced anything like it at a car dealer. My husband was super jealous! :) I am so happy I made the switch to BMW. I am extremely impressed.
