Great Customer Service Eric, my Service Advisor, addressed an issue with that I had with the isystem that was not part of the scheduled service. I mentioned it when I arrived. The solution required a software update that would require several hours and I was offered a loaner so I did not have to wait. That was much more convenient than coming back at a later date. The unscheduled service was performed and the issue resolved.
Glad to have purchased my car I love BMW's. I liked the sales person. Loved the test drive. Good experience. Show room is nice. Love the new 4 series.
