Outstanding customer service. Brad was fantastic. He was honest and straightforward from the first time we met him. He wasn't pushy and took all of the necessary time to answer all of our questions. Made the right switch. I had a very disappointing experience at another BMW location. I went to purchase a vehicle (that I spent days speaking to the dealership about) and they were selling the vehicle to someone else as I walked in. The manager and sales agent advised me earlier in the day to come in that night and I even showed up earlier than expected with the understanding that I was going to buy the car.
