He worked with my schedule and we negotiated a trade-in & quoted pricing all before I came to dealership to pick up my new vehicle. This is my 4th BMW. "Only suggestion is you need to debug your online..." Only suggestion is you need to debug your online appointment process. I made the appointment, system confirmed three times and service consultant didn’t have in his system when I arrived. Fortunately he was able to get me in the schedule, but this has to be disruptive to the service team. Great job and more difficult than should be.
