This is our third 7 series and we couldn't be happier. Everybody is very helpful and the new showroom is beautiful. I think we drove the first car home 13 years ago. When we return to the dealer it's always nice to see the same professional familiar faces. The whole staff does a great job. Thanks again for an excellent experience.
My husband and I walked into this dealership not knowing much about BMW. We were not approached or bogged down in the parking lot by sales, just allowed to browse. Really great experience overall. This was our first BMW purchase. From the beginning, we had a warm welcome from J. R. Tomkinson. We were then introduced to Scott Brooks and Rob Miller who got us acquainted with the products. They were able to find the perfect vehicle for us almost immediately. Found a nice BMW online and made a call to Tomkinson BMW. I shared what I was looking for and asked a few questions. After providing me with the answers to all my questions and some details on the car I determined it was what I thought I was looking for. Problem was I am out of state and traveling to see it would be a challenge. They said no problem. The trailered the car to me to see, no deposit required. Benjamin at Tomkinson BMW delivered excellent customer service. I felt like he listened to me and delivered the perfect car for me at an excellent value. He was knowledgeable and personable. He answered all my questions even after hours on a holiday weekend. He followed up to make sure I was getting all the information I needed, but I never felt pressured. Tomlinson BMW made the sale with me because they have superb cars at a great value with excellent customer service.
The salesman Ben was great. Tompkinson staff was very helpful and was one of the best car experience I may have ever had. The atmosphere of the staff was vey positive from entering to leaving.
