The dealership sales staff was very friendly, helpful, and not condescending as many dealers can be with women. They were encouraging but not pushy, and they really made an effort to negotiate a good deal with me. I have never been treated so well by a dealership! We had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Everyone was informative and helpful. Everyone we dealt with made sure we understood every aspect of the automobile. They were very personable and made sure we were comfortable. They were willing to stay late and finish up our deal, even installing a windscreen for us while the paperwork was being processed. We would definitely go back to this dealership and highly recommend it to others.
Being a 20 something looking for a BMW, I thought I would not be taken seriously at the dealership but I was wrong. I arrived at the dealership last Saturday around closing time and I was warmly greeted by Robert Noetzel along with the general manager, Shujaat. Was very pleased. Bought a car on the internet without seeing it and everything I was told about car was accurate. It was a good price too. I would recommend them.
The sales group (Michelle and David) were very accommodating in allowing us to test a couple models overnight which resulted in a much better judgement regarding type of vehicle and options to purchase. We were not sure if we wanted to lease or buy (since we've never leased before), Mark Stacy was extremely thorough and patient with us.
