Eric is a very knowledgeable sales professional. He takes his time to explain everything 100%, knows BMW products inside and out, and actually cares about his customers. Everyone with whom we worked was courteous and professional. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, yet we felt encouraged to ask questions and make inquiry as needed. Although we had our own financing, we decided to use BMW's Financial Service because of the ease of doing business, especially with Mr. David Theado. I recently purchased a used BMW Z4 from Dave Walter BMW. All I have to say is that the service was excellent! The finance team was great and got me a good deal on the car I really wanted. The salesman Robert Noetzel was awesome. Very friendly and professional. He did a great job at the delivery as well. I will definitely recommend doing business here to my friends and family. Just recently purchased a 2013 550i. Had a great experience. I worked with Shab mostly and it was very low stress sale. Everyone at the dealership was extremely accommodating.
