"Very Impressive Service Advisor" I live in Kansas City, drive a BMW, and was visiting family in St. Louis. I picked up a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires, which could not be repaired. The tire was an exoctic tire that dealers typically do not stock. I needed to return to KC the next day. "Excellent Experience" I had narrowed my car choices down to 2--including a used BMW X5.
