"Customer Service" Veronica Tran was very supportive when i sent an email for test drive. She sent video of the car even before we ask for the car details. She stayed late in the evening to close the deal and was flexible with her schedule.

"Our first BMW" Farhood made my car buying process a breeze. I was with my family and at every step he made us feel comfortable. I dropped in for a preowned. However my criteria for safety was very stringent. Farhood was very friendly and I felt he always had our back. I would recommend BMW West county any day. Then selecting a sedan versus a SUV became an issue We took several cars out for a test drive and decided on the X3 M4OI. Through all our time at the dealership Dave Ware was very helpful and informative. At one point Brandon Giganti took us through the final steps of our selection and lease. Both Dave and Brandon were great!
