"Jason is awesome!" Jason went above and beyond to help me with my car process. I recently totaled my car and was told I only had 7 days to find a new car unless I wanted to pay out of pocket for a rental. "Awesome Experience!" I went in to W. County BMW thinking I was just possibly gonna look at some cars and maybe either get turned down, or be asked to put down a ridiculous amount of money.. "Great experience" I was in the market for a CPO vehicle and saw one on Cars.com at BMW West St. Louis. As a walked to the building a tall gentleman greeted me with a handshake and welcomed me to the dealership. Turns out it was the owner, Craig Suntrup! "Not a salesperson " I lease car every three years and from different dealerships. This is the first time i met someone who is really not a salesperson. Adam is no nosense guy. He will say it as he sees it. I had a budget to get my new lease when i met him the first time. He didnt waste my time and his time but asked me to come at the end of quarter. "Got a loaner car was in and out. Very friendly " Everyone is very friendly and helpful. In and out Got everything I needed done without any issues. Was issued a loaner car so I didn't have to wait for my car because of a recall on my car also.
