"Very pleasant way to buy a car" Linzie and everyone at West County BMW made the buying experience pleasant and simple. Sometimes it is difficult and frustrating to do this. Not this time at all. The process was fast and fair and would do it again.

"Honest, straightforward, outstanding experience " I normally do not post reviews but must in this case. "Great experience!!" Buying a new car can be very stressful, but Brandon and the staff made it very easy! I never felt pressured and Brandon did everything he could to make sure I got a good deal! "Purchasing a car through Brandon Giganti" We recently purchased a used car from Brandon Giganti. It was a really easy, seamless, great process. Our car was well cleaned up, full of fuel, and had no issues. We were greeted and handled by Brandon magnificently. Everything was layed out for us, there was no stress at all, and we were taken care of in a timely and efficient way. There was zero hassle at all. "Wealth of knowledge!" I just had the encore with Jane and it was extremely helpful. The tech on my new X3 was pretty overwhelming but she was very patient and walked me through all the cool stuff that the car has. She even advised me to buy a wireless charging case (didn't even know these existed) for my phone, instead of a new phone. Thank you and congrats on the promotion!
