He was patient when we were car shopping, kept me updated on the car delivery journey, sent me pictures and videos of the car and is always available to answer questions, even answered me on his day off!! Zach was very helpful to get us going with the car functions and the idrive, he has it mapped in his head! Overall the process was fun and easy!

This was top of my list. Important to note is that I love the electronics/interface of this vehicle. However I needed Zach to walk me through everything and he did a great job!! The team helped us get into the car we were looking for with low miles and in excellent condition!
