Returning customer to BMW of West St Louis and this was the first time working with David Schaedler. He was a pleasure to work with. Listened to our requirements of what we wanted in a new vehicle and then worked through the order process with us to make sure we could get our new build by the date we wanted. David kept us in the loop the whole time and was very responsive to our texts and email questions. Great salesman to work with and made our new vehicle delivery easy.

Just Bought my first BMW 328i Xdrive and was treated excellent by VERONICA TRAN and DAVID SCHAEDLER stepped up and made sure I was taken care of when Veronica was on bed rest , Veronica called and text me from bed rest also. while i waited for a windshield took a little while but they also saw a few things on a used car that they did not have to fix but did and i was amazed that they went above what iI would expect on a used car. I was never pressured and Rami in financing never tried to up-sale a warranty. so with a full ta... read more
