BMW 328i vibration issue Took my car into the dealership complaining about slight vibration. Determined that right rear wheel was out of balance. No crazy repairs. Had them change oil and bleed brakes, and everything was completed in the same day.

Ed, Buyer Spoke to the Internet sales person by phone after locating a vehicle. She offered a New 2019 X5 for 50K. Upon my visit, it was her day off and the finance folks would not honor her quote. They first offered it at 57K and then said the best they could do was 3K over the price. We attempted as did they to contact her. Service Dept poor communication Had my X5 serviced and need a small repair completed. They omitted the repair and forget to tell me the service Dept closed at 5 when they told me my car was ready at 4:35. Very poor communication. Repair not complete and no follow up.

No other way could the solenoid in the glove box can malfunction like that. Dealer says its not their fault and wants $500 to fix the glove box. The tech said the 5 point inspection was done. Service Department Lied To Me I am very unhappy with what happened at this dealership after I started a new lease on a mini cooper. This happened over 10 months ago now and the manager has told me and my mother that they want to "make it right" but have yet to do so. I live in San Diego and that is where I purchased my car.
