Great service and very clean facilities.. Khoi and Harvey made the buying experience the smoothest I've ever had. They are great! I would and will recommend them to any and everyone looking to get into a BMW.

Good Experience First time to order a car out of state. The process was really pretty simple and I got a decent price. Would have liked a little more feedback from the dealer as the months rolled on until delivery, but was able to camp out with a great bunch of folks on Bimmerpost and get almost daily updates through the various tracking tools available. Phenomena Experience and Fantastic Deal!! I typically buy a car through a car broker, but was recommended to give "Long Beach BMW" a try, so I did. The entire process was unbelievably easy and quick and most importantly without a hassle. Talk to Joe Tsai if your in the market for a BMW!!! I'm a customer for life! Want to love it my X3 but... I bought a 2013 X3 from LB BMW. The Sales and Finance teams were wonderful. They were fun and easy to work with. (But there is little to no negotiating--just so you know...) That said, it kind of fell apart on the Service side. My car had a couple of issues that should have been addressed prior to delivery. They weren't so I took it back. Problem is: 1. It took much longer than it should have. 2. They didn't address all of the issues even though they had the car for two days. Long Beach Mini Service ROCKS! I purchased my car from Long Beach Mini. It would be much more convenient for me to service @ Irvine Mini but I service my car @ Long Beach Mini because of the friendly staff. I am treated like family and not just another customer with an issue with their car. I highly recommend this dealer!!

Great Experience! I recently bought a 2013 BMW 535i from Long Beach BMW and had a great experience. Billy Plasket, was the sales representative who assisted my wife and I.
