Phenomenal Experience with James Saunders It was my first time at Long Beach BMW and I had a phenomenal experience! I should start off by saying that I called at 2:30pm on a Friday to make an appointment, with little hope that they'd have availability, and they were able to see me at 2:30pm that same day. I know, WOW. This is unheard of when making an appointment to visit the service department, especially during COVID. Great Service Advisor Anthony in-service was great! The two ladies in the service department were terrible. Phoned in three times to get status on the car. Got transferred once , put it on hold for 10 minutes second time, and hung up on the third. Yes I was pissed.
