2021 X1 Lease Customer service was excellent. Sarah and Brooke showed determination in finding a vehicle with the features that I was looking for. I was completely satisfied with the process. My only complaint is that BMW no longer offer bumper to bumper warranty and service. This is my sixth or seventh lease car with BMW, but I?m not happy with the need to purchase additional coverage for maintenance. James is AMAZING!!!!! I took my car in because the breaks were squeaking and James took care of me! He made sure the breaks were fixed correctly and he also made sure a rental car and was available. Thanks James!!!
