Service Service is fair. I was offered for carwash and i said sure, but by at the time of pick up my car still dirty. Luckily my service advisor scott took care of my car. By the time i droved to work and park. I noticed my wheel valve caps are all missing. i guess the mechanic forgot to pull back my caps. Now have to buy new caps. :(

To have my lease inspected for maturity date. The service at Long Beach BMW is always first class. I have been a customer since 2002, I recently went in for my lease maturity inspection and leased another beautiful BMW. I had the best service from Mr. Donte Shelton, this young man is very knowledgeable, respectful of time and professional. Helpful They gave me a quote over the phone / email which was helpful. Ended up being too pricy. I would consider them for the future.
