Quality Customer Service Dept. Care I drive 70 miles to come to LB BMW...reason, the best service reps in the business. In particular, Mr. Brian Woolverton provides superior customer support. The dealership provided a quality loaner, as the parts for my older X5 were not on hand. The parts were expedited over the weekend and my vehicle was ready, washed, and in first class condition. .Congrats to the mechanical technicians who keep my wheels rolling and operating perfectly.

BMW review for my 528i I brought my car in on Monday, December 24, and Brian was my service representative who I first spoke with. He was professional and kind and insured me that my car would get the best service. I went inside where I proceeded to get a loaner car for the day.
