Great Car Sales Man, -Everything else was terrible BMW Long Beach had an amazing Salesman! Ari Rostami did a fantastic job at helping me find the right car and going above and beyond to make my shopping experience a favorable one. Aside from that, everything else was just disappointing. The financing specialist seemed to have a terrible attitude and handed me documents without explaining or waiting for me to read over the papers. Recall service Dealership did the recall on my car and it takes only a half day and it's done. Dealership provided a loaner car and was surprised it's really quick. Check in takes about an hour that's including getting the loaner card. Over all my experience is good and will recommend to my friends who owns BMW.
