Life Saver Brian W is the best! They call him BDUB. He took time to lisyen to my concerns and always given me honest advice. He took care of my car since I bought it and never had a problem with him. I will never take my car to another BMW service place except for Long Beach BMW. Brian always keeps me posted regarding my car. His communication with his costumers is awesome. It was worth the drive I leased my third BMW here and I think I got a hell of deal. I live in Santa Monica and there are many dealers in the area but I called around and Long Beach BMW had by far the best deal. Great service every time.... Long Beach BMW is a great full service dealership. I did not purchase my BMW there but they treat me as if I did. The facilities are great and clean and the service is top notch.
