Cesar Reyes (Service Advisor) ROCKS!!! Cesar Reyes showed excellent skill in customer service. He is very personable, friendly and funny!!! Long Beach BMW's service department is nicely decorated with a T.V. and music to keep you entertained while you wait. I would definitely take my car there again!
Great Service and a beautiful facility As always our service adviser is excellent and provides great service. Our service was timely and efficient. Routine maintenance was the purpose of my visit. Certainly would recommend Long Beach BMW for service. If and when I am ready for another BMW, LB BMW would be the first place I would visit.
Excellent Car Service & Customer Service Brian Woolverton assisted me during my visit. He was very attentive and took note of all the issues and questions I had about my car and repair. Once my car was being serviced, he called me and gave me updates about the repairs. He is an exceptional Service Advisor. I will definitely request his help next time I go in for service.
As always...great service. I have always gotten very good treatment at Long Beach Mini. They take time to listen about what my concerns are. My car gets taken care of in a timely manner, and they wash it before i pick it up. The service writers are polite and freindly.

Works Wonderfully The sonic price on a new used car worked wonderfully The advertised price is the average of what people are actually paying for the particular vehicle after they have negotiated with the dealers. So you receive the negotiated price without the hassle of negotiating, which for me is a hassle and I found never really know if it was a good price or not. The sales and service was honest, straight forward and helpful Everything went smoothly with no pressure or manipulation.

Great service The wife hit a pothole and popped one of her tires so it needed to be replaced. Had the car towed to Long Beach Mini and spoke with Cesar who really went above and beyond. Besides the obvious repairs that were needed, Cesar noticed that the wife's little baby was due for service, which he made sure was taken care of while it was there. Cesar was very professional and pleasant to deal with. If your Mini needs service or repair, I recommend that you visit Long Beach Mini and ask for Cesar.
