"Professional, curtious and friendly" Eric Shuster handled my new car lease. I had sent him a photo of the 5 Series that I was interested in. When I arrived at the show room on Friday, he surprised me with the exact 530 idrive M-Sport series that I wanted. Amazing! We spent the rest of our time going over the numbers, unit I was totally comfortable with the new lease package. He was totally professional, never making me feel preasured to sign the contract. I'm very happy that I decided to go to Park Ave BMW.

"Satisfaction beyond my wildest expectations!" I didn't think my comprehensive claim would result in my car looking as if it just rolled off the production line, fabulous! I have told my insurance agent to refer any body work for any vehicle to Park Ave. I owe a great deal to Ralmy, Priscilla and Luigi at the body shop.
"Spectacular results from a sad start!" I had a comprehensive claim resulting from roofing material blowing onto my white BMW 328 IX and speckling it with roofing material that could not be buffed away. I was concerned how the work would turn out because of the extent of the damage and the quality of the paint job required to correct the situation. "GREAT QUALITY, HANDLED WITH CARE, STRONG TEAM" I THOUGHT MY VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRABLE BUT PARK AVE BMW SERVICE CENTER-BODY SHOP BROUGHT IT BACK TO LIFE WITH THERE HIGHLY EXPERIENCED STAFF LUIGI WHO TOOK CARE OF THE PARTS THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED, THE TIMING OF HIS STAFF AND THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT WAS DONE. "Best BMW genius ever " We were very excited to have our new X7, but I have to say the overall experience was brought to a whole new level with our BMW genius, Emile Goldman. Not only was he extremely patient and knowledgable in walking through all the important features, he went out of his way to make lots of customizations right on the spot in great details.
