Top-notch customer service- My last car buying experience wasnt the best. Dan and the team at Park Avenue went above and beyond. They made this process fun. Dan’s knowledge and professionalism is what sold me.
Park Avenue BMW's sales department was extremely friendly and they had a wide selection of vehicles. I personally dealt with the sales agent Michael Messinger, and he was very friendly and knowledgable. And he even called me the next day after I received my new car and made sure everything went well. I would highly recommend him and Park Ave BMW.
I worked with Dan Pieroni and the experience was outstanding. Very helpful and very easy to work with. He made the full transaction extremely easy and even showed me how to use some of the features that I wasn't familiar with.

I just happened to get in touch with Simeon when I first brought my vehicle in. Since then I have been working with him. He is an ever happy individual and always creates a nice comfort-zone with his customer naturally. He elaborates clearly on issue(s), if exists, like: what the issue is and its implications. Andre made the experience of bying a car smooth, seamless. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He made me feel that he was advocating for me rather than just being a salesperson only after a good deal for his dealership. I felt that he was on my side, which is not usually the case from a car salesperson.
