I had a very positive experience working with Victor at Park Avenue BMW. The dealership has a solid inventory and Victor got me right to the best vehicle. Andre was absolutely amazing!!!! He is honest, gives you real expectations, and worked diligently to get me the best pricing with a reasonable downpayment. Most importantly I never felt as though he was ‘selling’ to me. He created that line of trust upon our initial meeting and it was as if I’ve known him for years from that point on. He WILL be the only saleperson I work with from now on , and I will refer him to ALL my friends and family!!!! I already loved the brand so having the perfect salesperson seals the deal!!!
I went to Park Avenue BMW without an appointment and was treated like a long-time and loyal customer. Salesman John Delgado was friendly and enthusiastic, and his manager, Michael, provided excellent additional support. I test-drove the new 2018 i3 electric car - which is brilliant - and was presented with excellent options to lease or buy. I expect to return to complete a purchase soon and am happy to recommend Park Avenue BMW to anyone looking for a premium vehicle from an exceptional dealer.

I brought my BMW 2016 550 in to have my fender replaced due to an accident. I have been gong to this dealership for over 20 years. I have always had a great experience with my purchases and maintenance. This is the first time I have used their body shop and I was totally pleased. The work was completed quickly,with a reasonable cost, and I got my car backed waxed and cleaned.
