We found the car we were interested online and went into the dealership to test drive it. When we arrived Chester helped us out and took us to the car (it was in the higher lot) it was needing a part replaced so we could not drive it (disappointed) but understandable and I can respect them not letting you drive a car that is needing a part- even if it wasn't vital- Chester got our number and told us he would call us when the part came in and the car was fixed. I originally contacted BMW of Chatt regarding service on my 04 525i but ended up driving away in a new 535i. My salesman, Chester, took great care of me and put me in something I love and can afford. I recommend anyone in the market or on the fence about purchasing to visit this dealership. Awesome experience indeed.
This was by far, the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Chester Sharp is a fantastic sales rep and made this the best sales experience I have had. He was helpful, courteous and above all, did not talk down to me. (Something that has happened in the past at a different dealership). Sam Gilbreath, the Finance Manager was also great to deal with and I was in and out faster than any other car purchase I have ever made. This is my first BMW. The dealership priced their demo car very competitively. Keith was very knowledgeable of the car. He worked with me to within my price point.
Cody Bowman was our sales representative. He was very prompt and effective in communication. He was very helpful in finding the right car for me and was very flexible with my schedule. Would definitely recommend him and this dealership.

I just bought my first BMW from this dealership. The salesman was Chester sharp. He was knowledgeable and friendly and got me the exact car that I wanted. All of the staff were friendly and they made the car buying process as simple as car buying can be.
I saw what I liked in the website and Mr. Carson took care of everything from there. Will be a repeat customer. Brad was great to do business with.
Very professional, no pressure staff. Would have given them five stars but had to wait a while on the finance manager when we were ready to purchase.
