At first I had no intension of buying a car from BMW but upon entering in the building, everyone was very friendly and professional. My salesperson Keith Rawls was effective and efficient. He was very professional as well as all of the staff members who worked there. As a whole, I had a great experience with BMW.
I usually hate car shopping, but Kacey and the team at BMW Chattanooga made my experience easy and enjoyable! Looking forward to working with them again in the future!

I have never enjoyed a car purchase experience as much as I did at BMW of Chattanooga. My sales associate, Jonathan Allers, remembered me from a brief visit 2 years ago, and helped me decide on what vehicle would suit my needs best. The other staff were also very helpful, and I know they will not mind if I stop by just to look around and sip some coffee while looking at what may be my next vehicle purchase.
Justin was patient, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I was also impressed with his accessibility, both on phone and via text (he replies to questions very quickly). He really went the extra mile to make this deal happen, including transporting the exact car I wanted from another dealership in Atlanta here to Chattanooga, and coming into work on a day--which I later found out was his day off--to close the deal. HIGHLY recommended!
I honestly was "just looking" at different options for my next vehicle. There were many types and styles at the dealership to consider. After looking over several cars, I saw the one I felt was best for me. I was interested in a Porsche Cayman taken on trade. The car was found to be as described over the phone after corrections from the online listing. (It did not have GPS as described in the listing.) Negotiations were friendly however serious as the dealer worked to get my business. In the final agreement the Porsche was purchased for a good price and my BMW trade-in allowance was fair and reasonable.
