Serviced I’ve really enjoyed the service experience here at Bill Jacobs BMW. Alex Flinn is the best service consultant. Also, the lounge area and boutique is very open and clean. Highly recommended.
Very pleased. Nick and the group were professional, courteous and prompt. We drove three hours one way to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was inside, cleaned up with a full tank of gas when we got there. Easiest car purchase I have ever made.
Awesome place! I purchased my first BMW ever from Bill Jacobs BMW and the experience so far has been nothing but perfect and fantastic! Not only the sales, but service as well which is a huge plus as service visits are usually not a good time for anyone. My service advisor Jacob has always been super nice and accommodating when taking care of my routine maintenance!
