Service Very friendly service. This is a much larger dealership than I had expected. The Service guy Alex Flinn was very good. Also, they have complimentary washes and loaner cars available.

Best Car Buying Experience My experience at Bill Jacob’s BMW was amazing. All of their staff was polite and courteous. When I went to the dealership for the first time, they were appointment only but they still found someone to help me even tho I didn’t have one. Once you are assigned an advisor, you can text that specific person whenever if you have questions or want to proceed further. I really liked that bc I like text messaging compared to email.
