Wonderful Experience We just relocated to this area from Nevada and our lease was near renewal. Service always goes above and beyond The service department always goes above and beyond. My bmw was getting worked on at the Fairfield bmw body shop and wasn't going to be done before my scheduled appointment at the dealership to get my new water pump. Sooo service took care of that for me by going to get my car and returning it there. Chris and Erik are exceptional! Great asset to Fairfield BMW.
Excellent Salesman Nick is an excellent salesperson. His correspondence was always timely, and he was able to get us all the information we needed. Nick ensured that we got a good vehicle for a good price while making sure that a rotor issue was taken care of at no additional cost. He made the process easy and simple.
