Worth the 2 hour drive! Summer, Chris, and Terry were all professional, helpful, and friendly. The teamwork is great. It was nice of Summer to take our picture with our new SUV and send it to us . We love our new (to us) Ford Escape.
Helpful Service in Time of Need My new investment, an X4 M40i BMW had the driver restraint system activated on the dash board along with the emission light which made me very uncomfortable to drive. In talking to the Eric, the BMW Service Manager he was very polite and had my vehicle valet for service the next day, leaving me with a loaner until the vehicle was back to stable condition. Battery Issue & Updates Had problems starting car, was able to get my car in that AM and diagnose the problem. Took a few days to order and set me up with a rental.

Great Service The friendly and knowledgeable staff makes it easy buying a new vehicle. Being an out of state customer it was important to have all the information ahead of time in order to have a smooth transaction. The purchase was flawless.
Trading in vehicles was very easy! The people are great, very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell and helpful throughout the entire process, from locating the type of vehicle you want to driving it off of the lot. Nick was great working around our schedule even staying late on a weekend to make sure we knew exactly what we were buying. Our first experience with Fairfield Ford was a good one and won't be our last.
