Good service, but a long wait. Got the 5000 mile service on my new Ford Edge. Great job with the oil change and service, but the wait time of almost two hours was a bit longer that I expected.

We are and always will be repeat customers! We just bought our 4th Honda from Fairfield. Jim Bennett was excellent! He helped us choose a great car within our price range for our daughter, who had just totaled her CRV. We were able to purchase a 2012 Civic for her and they were amazing working with our insurance from the totaled vehicle. We will be back!

Doug was extreamly helpful in every way Doug was very helpful and pleasant in helping me get into my 2018 Camry. Only had it a couple days but I love it! Doug lent me a loner until my new car was ready and made the transaction simple. The vehicle purchase is a 2018 Camry. the box below does not give me that option.
