One of the most important things at any business are it’s employees, and every person I dealt with there is knowledgeable and gracious. Kudos to Jane Billing, my sales rep, and Joe Grazer, sales manager. They both made my experience as a first time BMW owner exceptional! I absolutely love my new SUV!
