"Dealership has plenty of inventory, and the trade-in..." Dealership has plenty of inventory, and the trade-in value for my old BMW was more than reasonable. Not being from the area, the test drive incorporated both local and highway driving so I could really see what the car could do. However, after the sale, it's been next to impossible to get anyone to return calls for add-on services the dealership was pushing at the time of purchase. I'm likely to take the car to my local BMW dealership for service as a result.
