"Customer Satisfaction" A professsional group of people who not only preach "Customer Satisfaction" but practice it. I am pretty fussy on dealing with auto dealerships but Daniels and most importantly their staff of patient and understanding personnel makes putting a deal together a pleasure. Mangement should be proud to have these people as their representatives.

"dignity and respect" Chris took his time with me and we discussed all of the car options, including color and trim. He made it seem easy and he wanted me to be happy with my choices. Several weeks later, I was concerned that purchasing my new BMW would be a hassle due to the covid-19 pandemic.
