"Helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant." Helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Worked to find a car with the options I wanted after the lot cars were eliminated. Fair pricing, answered my questions, got a timely delivery and showed me around the car and helped set the driving parameters I wanted. Additionally, I have always had a good service experience at Daniels with my 325Xi and my previous X3.

"Ashley was a pleasure to deal with. I purchased my first..." Ashley was a pleasure to deal with. I purchased my first BMW during the COVID pandemic. Needless to say the process was not traditional. I was worried that I had placed a deposit without actually having had a chance to test drive the vehicle. Ashley was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I didn't feel like I was being sold a car. The sevice was great.
