Fast and Friendly Never thought I would be writing a positive review on a car dealership. BMW 428i My wife and I visited BMW of Nashville @ the 100 Oaks location. Originally we were looking at a 2014 X3. Unfortunately, it was out of our price range and a few days later sold. Our client-advisor Kevin was awesome and kept in touch. I came back the next week after viewing a 2008 3-series in their inventory. Oil change Overall great experience! Only took about an hour and I got a free wash! It'd be nice if they hand dried the car but thats no big deal. I'll be going back.
Emergency service/ repair X5 overheated on i-40 nashville. They arranged towing, scheduled repairs, arranged hotel as repairs required 8 hours work, and provided transport to and from hotel. The was done ahead of time. X5 now functions perfectly. Thank you BM W of Nashville, TN.
