survey for the purchase of buying BMW 2019 530IX Overall, a very pleasant experience. However, the whole buying process took far longer than I had anticipated! Otherwise, I enjoyed every aspect of dealing with Sonic Automotive Of Nashville and I would deal with the dealership at anytime. It was worth the trip south and "I love my car."

Service at BMW Armory Oaks The service consultant did not provide update. I had to press for update. Felt like they had no regard for my time. They don?t pick up phone calls when you call for updates. Thankfully, they finally responded to emails but even with that, I had to press for day by day updates.

BMW Nashville was fantastic! I traded in my 2014 Mustang for a 2019 Rogue and feel like the price I got was fair and far better than anywhere else. I am incredibly happy with my purchase and am loving my new vehicle! Mitchell was very nice from the moment we walked in the door and made sure we were taken care of. The finance guy Michael Green was also very nice and fair making sure we got the best available!

Lincoln mkz Financing was backed up. But they made the wait as good as it could be. Car experience was better than most dealers I have used.
