Fabulous Warranty experience I received a letter from BMW letting me know the final repair for my recall was ready just before social distancing started, so I was waiting to contact my dealer. To my pleasant surprise, they contacted me to send someone to my home to take care of it! Was so easy peasy!

UsedRav4 Good experience overall. I was directed to multiple sales associates over the course of the process. It was a Monday. I purchased as is, and later discovered some dash and console pads were missing. The map memory card was also missing, so the map feature does not work. However, Sonic Automotive did refund processing fees, and I appreciate that.

528i lady this time took a little longer than usual. it was empty because of covid 19 and I waited. So I thought it was a bit unusual for it to have take that long.
