BMWi3 repair My main concern was that whenever I started the car the range extender motor seemed to switch on judging from motor noice. The service people performed a multi point inspection, reprogrammed vehicle, tested faulty connections. When I drove my car home after the inspection I found out that the presumed noise of the range extender came instead from the fan circulating the air. Grant was SUPER helpful! Grant was super helpful with my service. I dropped by one day to get my a/c looked at and he checked it out, had a feeling he knew what was wrong, and then simply said to come by first thing Monday morning. He took my name and setup the appointment without me having to go back inside. He took care of everything! Then when I arrived, he remembered me, and got everything taken care of. He was great to work with!
